Nicole Moore
President and Billing Agent – Nicole Moore was born and raised in eastern WA. Later moved to Seattle to complete school and pursue a career in healthcare. Nicole has over 20 years of experience in office management, provider credentialing and medical billing solutions. Nicole founded Med Bill Service in 2013 to provide a better medical billing option for providers.
Nicole Estabrook
Nicole Estabrook was born and raised in Ellensburg WA. She attended CWU where she obtained her BS in Clinical Physiology and BA in Biology. She also holds a certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant and has worked in the Physical Therapy world for over 10 years. Nicole made the switch to Medical Billing when she had her first child so she could spend more time with her family. She currently lives in Buckley WA with her husband and son and enjoys outdoor family activities including camping, fishing, jeeping, and hiking.
Kylie Buterbaugh
Kylie Buterbaugh was born and raised in Wenatchee, WA. After graduating from Eastmont High School, she moved to California to attended California Lutheran University and now currently studies at Logan University where she will get getting her B.S. in Biology. After obtaining her B.S. she plans to attend an online university to get her Masters. Kylie made the switch to Medical Billing when she decided to finish her degree online. She currently lives in Wenatchee, WA and loves spending time with her family, hiking, going to the beach, and loving her dogs.
